Booking Policy

A credit card is required to hold a date for any image service or workshop for 50% of the cost of the service or workshop.  After which the remaining balance is due at the start of the workshop or consultation.  Cancellations are appreciated 48 hours in advance and subjected to a $125.00 cancellation/rebooking fee.

Check, Credit Card, Cash and Money Order are accepted for payment and must be made payable to Desiree E. Spivey.  Returned checks are subjected to a $30.00 returned check fee.

Desiree E. Spivey is not responsible or will be held liable for any negative reactions, rashes, allergies due to products, applications or services performed.

Travel expenses and overnight accommodations are the responsibility of the client when traveling outside of the New York City area.

For hair salon visits, Desiree will be more than happy to accompany you to instruct the stylist on hair styles, however she is not responsible or will be held liable for poor styling or hair care.  It is recommended that the client use their regular hair stylist that they know and trust. In addition to Desiree's fee, any expenses incurred for styling should be handled directly with the salon.
